This policy covers shipping and returns for orders placed on us.hoclhub.com. Products are fulfilled through our authorised US distribution arrangement. Your contract is with HOCL Hub Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Fulfilment & Shipping Coverage
Orders placed on us.hoclhub.com are fulfilled through our authorised US distribution arrangement. We ship to addresses across the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or PO boxes.Some products may be subject to state-level restrictions on import or use. Where a product cannot be shipped to your state, we will notify you at checkout or contact you after the order if the restriction is identified post-payment.

Delivery times are from dispatch. Processing time is 2–3 business days from order confirmation. Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships.
Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. HOCl Hub collects sales tax in states where we are required to do so by law. Tax rates vary by state and product type.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Email info@hoclhub.com with your order number and reason for return
- Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging intact
- Return postage is at your cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- Refund processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method
Defective or wrong items
- If your order arrives defective or we send the wrong item, photograph it before use
- Email info@hoclhub.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos
- Do not use the product
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost — return postage is covered by us
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving your return. Your card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to show the credit.We do not charge restocking or administration fees on returns within the 30-day window.
B2B Returns
Wholesale, white label, and private label orders are governed by the specific commercial terms agreed at the time of order. Contact info@hoclhub.com for returns on commercial orders.
