Products are fulfilled in the US through an authorised distribution arrangement. HOCL Hub Ltd remains your contracting party for all purchases made on us.hoclhub.com. HOCl Hub does not currently have a registered legal entity in the United States. By placing an order on us.hoclhub.com, you are entering into a contract with HOCL Hub Ltd, a UK company — not a US company.

These terms apply to every order placed on us.hoclhub.com, whether you are a retail customer buying for personal use or a business buying commercially.
These terms are governed by English law. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of your US state of residence.We may update these terms from time to time.
The version in force on the date you place your order governs that order. We update the effective date at the top whenever we make changes.
Our Products:
us.hoclhub.com sells hypochlorous acid (HOCl) products for retail customers and businesses across the United States. Our range includes face and body sprays, surface disinfectants, packs and bundles, and bulk or custom supply for businesses.Every product is clearly labelled with its intended use, concentration, and compliance status. What you see on the product page is what you receive.
If a product does not do what it says, contact us — we will put it right.All products are sourced from certified manufacturers and verified for concentration, pH, and stability before listing. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and offer a full refund.For businesses: wholesale, white label, private label, and consultancy services are available at us.hoclhub.com/hocl-for-businesses. Commercial orders are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of enquiry.
Pricing & Payment
All prices on us.hoclhub.com are shown in US Dollars (USD). Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the point of order.We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover an error after you have paid, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders & Contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is not formed until we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order.We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorised commercial resale, or that exceed reasonable personal or business quantities without prior agreement.
Shipping
Products are fulfilled through our authorised US distribution arrangement. Delivery timelines and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy at us.hoclhub.com/shipping-and-returns.Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on receipt of full payment.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not, here is how returns work.
- Notify us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return an item: info@hoclhub.com
- Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging intact
- Return postage is at your cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described
- Refund processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return, to your original payment method
Defective or wrong items
- If your order arrives defective or we send the wrong item, photograph it before use
- Email info@hoclhub.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos
- Do not use the product
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — return postage is covered by us
