The formula is fixed — HOCl concentration, pH, and stabilisation are set by the manufacturer and cannot be adjusted under white label. If you need a custom specification, see Private Label.
Important: even though the formula already holds regulatory approvals, your new branded product is a new product in the eyes of regulators. It needs its own approval or registration in United States. The difference with white label is that the supporting evidence — test data, dossiers, GMP certificates — already exists and can be referenced, which significantly reduces the burden compared to starting from scratch.

Packaging pricing is not included in the base white label price — it is quoted separately based on your chosen format, size, and order volume. MOQs vary significantly by packaging type. Smaller formats (e.g. 100ml spray) carry higher per-unit costs at lower volumes. Larger formats (e.g. 5L can) carry lower per-unit costs but higher minimum runs.Custom packaging design — shape, colour, material — is available at higher MOQs. Standard off-the-shelf formats are available at lower minimums.

What You Need to Know
Can I change the formula?
No — formula is fixed. Concentration, pH, and stabilisation are set by Envirocleanse. Custom specification: see Private Label.
Do I need my own EPA registration?
For the disinfectant formula: you don't need your own Section 3 registration. Under FIFRA Section 3(e), you obtain an EPA Company Number and submit Form 8570-5 (Notice of Supplemental Distribution). You become a Supplemental Distributor of Envirocleanse's registered product. Your label carries the original EPA Reg. No. and your distributor number. State registrations are a separate requirement in many states.
Are there any state-level requirements?
Yes — most states require separate pesticide product registration even for supplemental distributor products. California, New York, and others have their own requirements. Confirm your target states at enquiry stage and we'll advise on the relevant state registration steps.
What about the cosmetic formula under MoCRA?
Your new branded cosmetic product requires its own FDA facility registration and product listing under MoCRA before sale in the US. If your facility is outside the US, a US Agent must be appointed. We provide manufacturing documentation to support your safety substantiation, but the registration must be in your brand's name.
What's the minimum order?
Full MOQ schedule in our first response. MOQ quantities vary a lot by requirements, so your best bet is to get in touch.
Can I sell into Canada?
Yes. Cross-border plans should be confirmed at enquiry stage — additional Canadian labelling requirements apply.
How long does it take?
Timeline depends on regulatory approval progress, not just production. We'll give a realistic assessment once we understand your target markets. We don't quote total timelines before knowing what approvals you need.
